How does it work?
1 Register a profile | Until 31st of October
Create a profile which will raise your visibility to others for this event - it is simple! When you have made a basic profile, make sure to head over to the tab on top of the page "Marketplace" to specify what you are looking for.
a) If you are a Student/Researcher/Entrepreneur - add Expertise
b) If you are a Startup - add Job Position
Tag your description with the appropriate tags (e.g. "IT and programming", "Healthcare experience", "Other") and describe in more detail if you are interested in a master thesis project, temporary employment, internship etc.
2 Request meetings and confirm your attendance| Until November 14th
Be active, not reactive! Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. This is mainly done via "Marketplace". If both parties accept a meeting, it will be scheduled automatically to your agenda.
Confirm which part(s) of the event you will be attending via the "My attendance" tab. Mingle, pre-booked meetings or both.
3 Event day | November 14th
Finally time to meet! If you have not scheduled any meetings, you are more than welcome to join the open mingle.
